When you receive your order, please inspect the products and the package for possible outer damages. If you notice any visible damages, notify the distributor and ask them to write it down before signing the receipt of the shipment, so that we can process the claim.
If your products have flaws or they are faulty in any way, please fill out our Reclamation Form to process your claim. Please fill out all the required information to ensure we have all the necessary information. Once you have submitted the form, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We advise you not to install the faulty items.
