When you receive your order, please inspect the package for possible outer damages. Pay attention, especially to the edges and corners of the packaging. If you notice any visible damages, notify the distributor and ask him/her to write them down before signing the shipment's receipt so that we can process the claim.
If the products are damaged, please use this Reclamation Form to make your complaint. Do not install damaged products to preserve your right to make a claim.
