Ceramic
Daily cleaning of ceramic
The daily cleaning can be done with mild, ph-neutral dish detergent and warm water, dilute 1 tsp. detergent to 1 litre of water, and then wipe it with a soft, microfiber cloth. Do not use acidic detergents or bleach.
How to take care of ceramic worktop
Ceramic worktops are very scratch and heat resistant, which means that you can put a hot pan straight from the oven on it and it doesn’t effect the color or damage the surface. You should always use a cutting board, though. The ceramic is a very durable material, but if you drop a heavy object on it, the surface might crack.
Granite
Daily cleaning
The daily cleaning can be done with mild, ph-neutral dish detergent and warm water, dilute 1 tsp. detergent to 1 litre of water, and then wipe it with a soft, microfibre cloth. You can also use a specific detergent meant for natural stones. Avoid detergents with acids or bleach. The surface may scratch if you use abrasive detergents or sponges.
How to take care of granite
Prevention is the key for maintaining the shine of your granite worktop. Always wipe out any spills and splashes, especially when dealing with acidic foods or chemicals, that might dull the surface. If you have a persistent stain on the surface, you can use a specific detergent for natural stone. Even though granite is a tough and relatively heat resistant material, we recommend using cutting boards and potholders, so that the surface stays beautiful and shiny longer. You should also reseal the granite worktop regularly. Read more below.
Marble
Daily cleaning
The key to keeping marble in good condition is prevention. Always wipe spills and splashes immediately, because tomatoes, citrus fruits, sodas, coffee, wine, fruit juice, and even vinegar will leave marks on marble, sometimes permanently. The daily cleaning can be done with mild, ph-neutral dish detergent and warm water, dilute 1 tsp. detergent to 1 litre of water, and then wipe it with a soft, microfibre cloth. Never use harsh cleaners such as vinegar or ammonium-based detergents, or any abrasive, scouring products that can scratch the surface. If you have a persistent stain on the surface, you can use a specific detergent meant for marble.
How to take care of marble
Because of marble being so porous and sensitive, you should always use cutting boards and pot holder. You should note that, even with diligent cleaning and swiping, marble might stain and the color might change over the time, because it is a natural material.
What is an impregnating sealer for marble?
Marble worktops have an impregnating sealer that will make the surface less porous. This sealer should be renewed regularly with a specific impregnator for marble, and it should be done at least once a year.

How to take care of Mykonos Quartzite
Quartzite is harder than granite, which makes it more resistant to scratching, staining, and fading. We recommend using potholders and cutting boards. Like all natural stones, it should also be resealed regularly. This is done with a specific impregnator for natural stone.
